Crafting purpose, embracing your cosmic rarity, and living by simple rules

In this 3-2-1 Newsletter, we explore creating meaning, the wonder of your unlikely existence, and life’s simple instructions. With actionable steps, this issue inspires you to act and reflect on what makes your life uniquely yours.

3 Thoughts From Me

I.
Create Meaning Today: Pick One Thing That Matters Choose a single action, call a friend, start a project, or help someone and do it with intention. Meaning grows when you act on what feels significant, even in small doses. Try it before the day ends.
II.
Reflect on Your Cosmic Rarity: Write It Down Take 5 minutes to jot down three moments or people that led to your existence (a parent’s choice, a chance meeting, etc.). Seeing the unlikely chain of events on paper can spark gratitude—and a reason to make it count.
III.
Follow Life’s Core Instruction: Show Up Once More Pick something you’ve avoided, exercise, a tough conversation, or a blank page and commit to starting it today, even for 10 minutes. The rule is simple: keep showing up, no matter how messy it gets.

2 Quotes From Others

I.
“The meaning of life is to give life meaning.”
— Viktor Frankl
II.
“You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here.”
— Max Ehrmann, Desiderata

1 Question For You

If you could write one instruction for your younger self to live by, what would it be?
With thanks,
David
P.S. Remember, every life has a unique path, and yours is just as important. Keep creating, keep dreaming, and keep moving forward.
