Master Design: Weekly Tips to Transform Your Creative Space
3 Thoughts From Me
I.
Designing Your Life: High-Return Habits for Success
Small, consistent habits shape a successful life, just like a well-designed space:
– Sleep 6+ hours each night.
– Work out 3x a week.
– Walk daily.
– 10 mins of "I am" affirmation meditation daily.
– Read or listen to audiobooks for an hour every day.
– Drink more water, less of everything else.
– Leave your phone away from your workspace while you work.
II.
"Patience in Progress"
A good choice may go unrewarded for a long time.
The best choices often deliver exponential returns.
A hallmark of compounding is that the greatest rewards are delayed.
Things don’t truly take off until years later.
III.
"The Power of Yes and No"
Saying no means turning down one option.
Saying yes means turning down every other option.
No is a decision.
Yes is a responsibility.
Be mindful of what (and who) you say yes to—it will shape your day, career, family, and life.
2 Quotes From Others

Patience in Progress
“All things are difficult before they are easy.”
This captures the idea of delayed rewards and the compounding process of long-term efforts.
II.
The Power of Yes and No
“The difference between successful people and really successful people is that really successful people say no to almost everything.”
This quote reinforces the importance of being selective with your yeses, aligning with your point about responsibility and decision-making.
